Marina was the youngest recipient of the ARTivismo award at the 2022 ELLE Eco Awards in Madrid for raising environmental awareness through the power of Art. She was honored alongside cultural leaders such as Txai Surui, Greenpeace, and Marcelo Vieira.

Marina Testino was selected as a Finalist for the Latin American Fashion Awards in 2023.

Nominated in the category of Fashion Influencer of the Year, the award celebrates the most outstanding digital presences that embrace fashion to convey a positive message to the world while highlighting Latin American heritage. Marina is the first and only sustainability advocate and to be nominated within this category. She is also the first and only Peruvian.

Marina was invited to present VEJA with the Sustainability Leadership Award at the 37th annual Footwear News Achievement Awards (FNAAs).

The FNAAs are widely recognized as the “Shoe Oscars” for their nearly 40-year legacy of honoring industry trailblazers. The evening brought together icons like Shaquille O’Neal, Martha Stewart, Rihanna, and A$AP Rocky, placing Marina among a powerful lineup of changemakers and cultural leaders.
