re:FRAME
Marina Testino x Enrique Badulescu
re:FRAME is a dynamic and solutions driven exhibition where fashion’s impacts and possibilities meet.
Born from the creative partnership Marina Testino and renowned fashion photographer, Enrique Badulescu, re:FRAME explores both fashion’s hidden costs and its extraordinary potential as a force for conscious change.
Inspired by Chile’s Atacama Desert, where textile waste piles are so vast they can be seen from space, the exhibition invites us to confront urgent truths about how we produce, consume, and dispose of clothing today.
Powered by Leica’s century-long legacy of storytelling, re:FRAME merges editorial fashion imagery with immersive, interactive installations — celebrating fashion’s artistry and influence while championing circularity, creativity, and collaboration as essential pathways forward.

OPENING EVENT
re:FRAME launched during Earth Week at Leica Gallery NYC. The opening reception received cross-industry support from the fashion, art, sustainability, and media communities, with 250+ notable attendees.
Creative directed by Marina, the exhibition is layered and immersive: guiding visitors through visceral imagery, tactile installations, and solution-driven experiences to spark awareness and inspire action.
To diminish the impact of the exhibition, works were printed on recycled paper and mounted using magnets instead of frames.
